What Causes Sore And Red Testicles With White Discharge From Penis?

Hi, I do not know whether this is a coincidence or not but I have recently started a new job and I do shower regularly. I have not had sex in about 6 months and have some discharge which is coming from the glands on the tip of my penis. The discharge is not coming out the top of my penis but from the sides and it is of a creamy texture. I have had chlamidya before but this does not feel the same. It is very red and sore and my testicles are mildly painful. When I have an erection, the tip of my penis which is normally soft and tender is quite rough and seems patchy, can you help explain what this is?

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It is hard to tell not seeing it, but the most probable reason of such symptoms is fungal infection. Wearing moisture underwear, sweating excessively in this area can trigger the infection.
I suggest you to use some antifungal cream. You should also wear loose underwear and keep this area dry and clean.
If no improvement after such treatment, please consult dermatologist.
Regards.
