What Causes Sore And Sensitive Nipples?
Hi my daughter is 13 years old and she has been complaining that her nipples and her areolas have benn very sore and sensitive and the nipples have benn swullen and pointed out very far and red red and her areola almost takes up her whole breast and her breasts arnt that small is all of this normal?? Can you help?!?

Hi dear,
This may either indicate response to adolescent hormonal changes or beginning of a breast abscess. Kindly see your doctor for local examination ant treatment accordingly. Meanwhile give her simple analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen if needed. Avoid squeezing.
