What Causes Sore And Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Neck?

Hi I have very sore swollen glands that have made it very painful to turn my head or bend it backwards. It is also very painful to have the slightest bit of touch on them and I can feel then swelling up more as the day progresses. do I need to be worried and need to seek medical attention?

Swollen lymph nodes in neck indicate there is infection higher up, probably from the throat. You will need a course of antibiotics prescribed by a doctor--regards
