What Causes Sore Back Along With Numbness In Thighs?

I have had a sore back like a muscle ache for several days where it s been hard to sleep at night. Yesterday, I noticed few red bumps on my waist let side. I m very chilled and my thigh is sensitive to touch and feels numb. No fever. I m 40 years old and otherwise very healthy. Do you think it s shingles?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, yes it could be viral infection and as matter of fact to confirm this the clinical observation is the only right way of diagnosis form the history given here I could only judge it else the clinical observation could be the last judge hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
