What Causes Sore Body And Slight Headache?

Hi, my body has been sore and achy for the last couple of days but only in the evening. Today it is already like that. I have had a slight headache over my eyes. Occasional cramping in my stomach/bowel area, loose stools and my temperature is around 38.3.
