What Causes Sore Breasts Along With Lower Backache And Headaches?

Hello I have a pregnancy question. i got my periods on the 29th of January, and it finished on Feb 3rd. i did the clear blue digital Ovulation kit and and i started ovulation from the 5 to the 8 my boyfriend n i tried for all those days. but since from around the 10-11th my breast s have been so so sore, i experience lower back pain, and headaches, i know it is a bit soon but is there a chance that i am experiencing early sings of pregnancy

Most causes of pain in breast are benign and not serious. There are a number of harmless causes for breast pain and tenderness that may primarily be related to changes in hormone levels. These can include:Menstruation and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), Mastitis, Menopause and Fibrocystic Breast Tissue which is most common. Fibrocystic breasts are not necessarily linked to cancer, and the lumps are fluid filled cysts rather than a mass of cells. However, it is advisable to do breast ultrasound and mammography just to be sure and start regular follow up of possible cysts. In case of redness, fever and progressive pain this may indicate abscess and then it should be surgically drained or evacuated by needle under control of ultrasound.
