What Causes Sore Breasts Along With Sensitive Nipples?
My breasts have been sore for two weeks now, my nipples are super sensitive and stay hard majority of the time. They also appear to have semi yellow spots on the nipples. I am over due for my birth control shot because I am looking into switching to the pill. Perhaps that is the cause?

If you are overdue on the pill then you may be experiencing premenstrual symptoms (symptoms that occur prior to the onset of a period).
