Hello,

You have been taking synthetic progesterone preparation which can lead breast tenderness as side effects. But as white discharge also present investigate further with breast physical examination and palpation.

If breast palpation seems suspicious, then USG breast investigation can be done. If no specific underlying cause present, then do not worry and consult the surgeon for further examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
