What Causes Sore Brown Spots On Hand And Chest Of A Child?
My daughter is 12 and has brownish spots appearing the whole length of her right arm, and starting on her chest. They are not raised or fluid filled. They are singular in some areas, but form patches in others. They do not itch, but one area is a little sore to the touch.

I believe it can be acne but it would be better to upload a photo of the spots on reports for me to see it. It may be affected by hormonal imbalance she may be having. Visit a dermatologist to get treated possibly with antibiotics and isotretinoin.
