What Causes Sore Gums Along With Bad Odour From Navel And Diarrhea?

What causes sore irritated gums in mouth, a belly button that smells like vinegar, frequent diarrhea and laryngitis? Is it all related or are there individual causes? Am I dealing with parasites? I was in the Caribbean on a cruise 3 1/2 months ago. I think the laryngitis is due to a virus that has been going around school where I work but the other issues don t seem to be related.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it does not seems to be pure form of clinical condition unless it is being diagnosed, and all of these are not related with each other, try keep the good hygiene, try to come out of the stress, and stop worrying about these hope this information helps.
