What Causes Sore In Mouth And Gum With Swollen Throat?

Hi I have been having sore mouth and gums and the left side of my throat feels swollen on the inside and a uncomfortable numbness making swallowing uncomfortable my left side glands are swollen in the neck numbness is also on outside of the neck up to the ear and across the left cheek.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain soreness in mouth and sore gums along with swollen throat and uncomfortable swallowing along with numb feeling in throat and swollen neck can be due to viral infection causing inflamed mouth and throat and swollen glands..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture and oral swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case of viral infection, it generally resolves as the virus completes its cycle in human body and the treatment given is to resolve the symptoms...
I would suggest you to start gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
Take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You can also do warm saline gargles..
Do cool compresses over the gums..
Drink plenty of water..
