What Causes Sore Lump In Breast?

my breast is soar and it feels like I have a few lumps or a bigger lump in it,, it also burns time to time ..I haven t had a periode since dec 12th 2014 I feel like im going to get a periode , but so far nothing plus my lower back is soar I get full so fast when I eat ..plus I gained 5 lbs

you have not given your age history of breast feeding child. inthat case it can be breast engorgment, or mastitis. if nosuch history then mamography is requered to be done. other wise it can be mastitis.
