What Causes Sore Neck And White Spots On The Back Of Neck With Headache?
wokeup with sore neck and really sore behind my ears going down my throat. Later in the day i noticed white spots on what i think are very swollen glands on either side of the back of my throat. i started to get a headache as the day went on??? im going to the doctor tomorrow but would like to know what im up against

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the chances of lower respiratory infection is likely this is at least cab be said from the history given, if you do not have fever then no need to worry about and there is history of fever then you might be in need of some blood work to rule out possibility of infection, take care and have a nice day.
