What Causes Sore Oesophagus Along With Sprained Neck And Mild Fever?
My boyfriend says his esophagus is painfully sore. It began yesterday as the feeling of like a pill stuck in his throat but there was nothing. He cannot swallow without it hurting and his neck is also sprained. He vomitted the other day and had a mild fever while I myself have a cold currently. He hasn t been able to eat much due to it. I m not sure if his lymph nodes or tonsils are inflamed or not, I haven t seen him since he told me it started to hurt. On a side note, he gave me oral sex two days ago. I m not sure if that could have anything to do with it.

I really appreciate your concern, if it was the history of oral coitus then chances of infection is very likely and it can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Ofloxacin 400 mg twice in day for five days, in differential condition it may be due to allergy or hyperacidity hope this information helps.
