i had unprotected anal sex with a woman. i started to catch the flu right after and i got tested. but everything came back that i was negative of all stds, but i since then had a sore on my penis for a couple of months and my sperm is watery. i still feel i have a std, do you have any idea what it might be

Yes it could be STD . Kindly post the reports of your tests if any test has been left out I shall advise .
Also take TAB DOXY 100mg 2 times a day for 5 days ( unless you are alllergic to it )
