What Causes Sore Spot On The Bottom Of Foot?
I have a very sore spot on the bottom of my foot. When I walk on it I feel like I m stepping on something but it is very painful. It will sometimes last for days. Any clue what might be going on? The bottoms of my feet often hurt when I first wake up and step on them but this one spot has continued to bother me. Any help would be appreciated.
