Hello,

Yes, you should take care of the bruising, especially if you do not remember why you are sore and bruised (no recent accidents or trauma). To me, if you do not find any reason, should see your caring doctor as soon as possible as we should rule out more serious pathologies related to blood clotting system. Meanwhile, avoid eating or drinking alcoholic drinks or avoid taking aspirin or other medications that will increase bruising incidence. Discuss this immediately with your caring physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
