Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Yesterday I Started Noticing Sore Spots Around My Body Like Bruises But Not Mark. & This Morning I Woke Up & My Whole Entire Body Feels Extremely Sore/Bruised. It Came Out Of The Blue I Haven t Done Anything So There s No Reason I Should Be Sore. . What Could It Be? How Do I Take Care Of It?
Yes, you should take care of the bruising, especially if you do not remember why you are sore and bruised (no recent accidents or trauma). To me, if you do not find any reason, should see your caring doctor as soon as possible as we should rule out more serious pathologies related to blood clotting system. Meanwhile, avoid eating or drinking alcoholic drinks or avoid taking aspirin or other medications that will increase bruising incidence. Discuss this immediately with your caring physician.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
