I fell over backwards last evening and now I have a very sore and tender area on my back near waist and hip and can not hardly move my left leg.Cannot bear weight and cannot sit. I am not able to get into a car.WHAT MAY BE WRONG AND WHAT CAN I DO.ICING AND LAYING FLAT.THANK YOU, DON
