What Causes Sore Throat After Oral Sex?
Okay I'm pretty embarrassed by this but I am freaking out ! :(
A couple days ago I gave oral sex to a guy for the first time.
Today I woke up with slight discomfort in my throat it hurts when I swallow , alittle sore but not much.
Could it be because it was my first time ? I didn't swallow the sperm at all.
Also before I gave him oral we have kissed before and I do notice I get a little sore throat after for alittle bit.
Please help on what I should do ! I'm such a panicked person.

As per your complain sore throat after oral sex seems to be most probably due to poor maintenance of genital hygiene and it is leading to infection in throat that is causing sore throat after having oral sex. I would therefore suggest you to always use a condom before oral sex to prevent infection and even can save you for any sexually transmitted infection.
As of now you can do warm saline gargles and also gargle with antiseptic mouthwash gargles. Take anti -inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen. Take soft diet and drink warm water. Avoid spicy and hard foods and in case if it does not resolve then consult an ENT Expert and get evaluated.
