Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a recurring throat infection and the symptoms of throat infection, ear fullness and lethargy seems to be due to infection..
Ear fullness seems to be due to fluid accumulation in the ears secondary to infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolayngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like otoscopic examination of the ears and throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You will be advised to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen or Naproxen..
Do warm saline gargles atleast 3 to 4 times a day..
You should also also do steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also suck throat lozenges and chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..
You can also avoid spicy and chilled foods and take a sot bland diet..
For ear fullness decongestant sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
