What Causes Sore Throat Along With Body Ache And Fatigue?
Everyday around 3-4pm my throat gets extremely sore (hurts a lot) and then shortly after I get body aches and pains and chilled (feels like fever type pain but no fever) and very fatigued. Some days are worse than others. Motrin and rest help. I ve had tons of blood tests - nothing conclusive and I do not know what to do or what type of doc to see.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
I can think of allergy to something you are exposed to during day time may be something in atmosphere (a/c or dusty, fumy or smoky air), food item to take for lunch, cold drink, clothing material or toiletries or cosmetics. Allergy can be suggested in CBC / allergy screening test. Once diagnosed specific medications would relieve you. Consult ENT / allergy specialist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
