I ve been in bed since saturday. Started with Severe sore thoat, couldn t swallow at all for 3 days, then went into my chest and I have a horrible green cough. I m exhausted, hot and feel generally awful. Will antibiotics help or should I just stick with Mucinex and AlkaSeltzer cold plus?
