What Causes Sore Throat Along With Difficulty In Swallowing?
Last Saturday 4/15 I went to the doctor for a painful sore throat and was diagnosed with strep. I was prescribed 10 days worth of amoxillion that I ve been taking faithfully twice a day as directed. My sore throat eventually got better I even went back to work and everything was good and I thought the worst was over but there are still moments where it becomes extremely sore again. Usually at night. I have now two more days left of antibiotics and once again tonight my tonsils have become very sore and hurts very much to swallow. They also appear to be swollen again. Is this normal with strep?
