husband s symptom s: has felt ill over 22 days, sore throat, slight dizziness, chest congestion, slight fever, fatigued and achy. Has taken Day Quill for a long time, recently Clariton D and Theraflu a couple of times, each without remedy. Intends to go to doctor after next pay- check, but until then...
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat along with dizziness and chest congestion which is due to upper respiratory tract infection.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day. You should take steam inhalation twice a day. Take tepid sponging and paracetamol if it is severe headache. Maintain proper hygiene and drink plenty of fluids. Consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids.
