What Causes Sore Throat Along With Dizziness And Runny Nose?

sorethroat since Thursday , started low like beginning of laryngitis, now feel congested dizzy, running nose , ears a bit like drums, no fever , dry caugh at night, but last night got crusty eye which by morning looks like a boxer shut eye.red running yellow teary, swollen along cheek and eye lid . so what seems like a bad cold, virus,where antibiotics might be of no help , should i reconsider and see a doctor tomorrow for treatment ( drops and else.) so far taking some dayquil, drinking a lot , kindof going natural way What are your thoughts?
