What Causes Sore Throat Along With Rash On The Chest And Upper Back?

I was very congested and had a sore throat about a week and a half ago and never really got over it. Then, three days ago I had a fever of 102 and felt very exhausted. Two days ago I woke up throwing up and still had a fever of 102. I started feeling better yesterday with no fever, but still had a sore throat. Today, when I woke up I noticed I have what looks like a rash covering my chest and upper back. Any idea on what is wrong with me? Also, should I see a doctor?

mostly sore throat are caused due to infection of beta hemolytic streptococci bacteria.
you need to go for following test
ASO titre
CRP
ESR
culture of throat swab.
it will confirm the strain of bacteria.
meanwhile take following medicine
tab coamoxiclav 625mg thrice daily
tab pan40 once daily in morning before breakfast.
tab voveron sr 100 two tabs twice daily.
three times gargling of mouth with warm salt water.all for 7 days.
