What Causes Sore Throat Along With Severe Fatigue?

Hello, I began to get sick on thursday afternoon and am in college so getting to a doctor is expensive and out of the way. I immediately developed a really gnarly sore throat as well as extreme fatigue. I picked up dayquil and nickel right away and have been taking them regularly. I had a very hard time sleeping on thursday night and woke up feeling worse on friday. i had hoped it was a common cold so I have been hydrating and drinking pedialyte as well. I have a very deep chest cough and lost my voice this morning. Unless is really try at it, i cannot talk normally and simply talking is very painful. I am exhausted and sore and tired all of the time. My chest cough is very painful but nothing is really coming out

Hello,
You are having respiratory tract infection probably bacterial.
You should have Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once a day along with some antacid like tab pantoprazole 40 mg beforebreakfast once a day for five days. Also, have betadine gargles four times a day. For cough, you have syr Ascoril 2 teaspoon whenever needed upto three times a day. Avoid cold food items. For pain, you could tab Paracetamol 650 mg whenever needed UpTo three times a day.
