What Causes Sore Throat Along With Stiffness In The Neck?

I has a slight cold with symptoms of mild sore throat/cough for several days ending yesterday. But 2 days ago my neck felt a little stiff on the left side, then yesterday morning I woke with it feeling stiff and got a little worse throughout the day. This morning it was a little worse & has gotten more stiff/uncomfortable throughout the day and if I move too quick I get a pain. It is still only on the left side. There is no noticeable swelling.

In my opinion, your neck pain and stiffness is related to neck muscle inflammation, and it typically gets worse with movement.
You can use Ibuprofen, Paracetamol+ codeine and topical anti-inflammatory gel.
