What Causes Sore Throat Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes And Headaches?

Hi, I have had an ongoing sore throat, swollen neck glands, headaches and red glazed eyes for approx. 7 months. I now also have a sore/stiff neck and ackey lower jaw. I have been to the doctor and they have tried various antibiotics, an ultrasound of my neck and bloodwork. I have been told that all is clear on the ultrasound, also obviously the antibiotics are not clearing anything up. My latest bloodwork is now showing a low wbc of 3.9 on a scale of 4-11 and low plateletes of 139 on a scale of 150- 400. I obviously am very concerned and feel like I am getting nowhere but worse. Please offer me a suggestion. Thank you.

It look like a case of pancytopenia where wbc platets and RBC are decreased in number. In my best of opinion you should immediately attend a hematologist.
