What Causes Sore Throat Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Chin?
My granddaughter has been dealing with a sore throat and sinus drainage for about 10 days, felt she was getting better after a restful weekend, but tonight her throat is sore , glands are swollen and under her chin is swollen and externally, under her chin is itchy.

As per your complain you have problem of swollen lymphnode that may be because of any infection. Super infection also lead to swollen lymphnode. Mention a size and consistency of lymphnode.
Lymphnode is tender and palpable or not. All this information give exact idea about problems. Consult a physician for further diagnosis. Physical examination of lymphnode is helpful for diagnosis.
