What Causes Sore Throat Along With Watery Eyes And Body Ache?

Hi I’ve had a bad cold for the past few days, not a sore throat just very runny eyes and nose and body aches and tried, now it seems to be going away but I’ve still got a really chesty cough and sometimes need to drink water as it seems like I can’t breathe, plus I’ve woken up the last two days with it seems like there’s water in my ear when there’s not and it’s not sore but it’s constant and feels like likes it could be an ear infection. I’ve got some of the alphamox 500gm thAT I’ve started taking since yesterday but it hasn’t started working yet, should I continue with these and get something else, are these antibiotics likely to treat my ear?

You should continue the antibiotics and other supportive Rx as prescribed and wait for the response if condition worsen then should be concern for further Rx plan.
