What Causes Sore Throat And Body Pain?

I have been feeling rotten for the past week or so. i have had a cold, soar throat and head ache but a couple of days ago i began developing large red spots on my legs, my whole body aches and one minute i and hot the next minute in am cold. I also get lightheaded spells.

Viral infection may commonly cause rash in the body.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest to drink liquids and gargle with salty water.
I recommend to rest and use a mild cream for local application such as Calamine lotion.
