What Causes Sore Throat And Croaky Voice?

Hi I have had a sore throat for around two weeks now. I have also periodically lost my voice. When my voice is there is is very croaky and squeaky. To look at my throat has purple veins which are not usually there. I have no white spots on my tonsils.

I really appreciate your concern, allergic throat condition is very likely and it can be best given try with Tab Loratadine 10 mg three times in day, have saline water gargle hope this information helps.
