What Causes Sore Throat And Difficulty In Talking And Extreme Fatigue?

I was fine yesterday and today I have a terrible headache, dizzy, queasy and my whole body hurts. Can you come down with the flu that quickly? I was afraid I got food poising but I have no diarrhea. More urge to go but difficult. I have not been sick in a year. I have had a sore throat and difficulty talking oh and extreme fatigue. I have slept all day. Can t stand noise and light.

Hello.

Sounds more to me like either a viral infection or a flare up of your sinus. I would recommend a doctors visit, but yes it is possible for you to get the flu this early and rapidly.
