What Causes Sore Throat And Productive Cough?

I have a sore throat. It s not quite pin and needles sort of thing yet, but definitely a sore throat. Productive cough. I also have a tiny white spot on the back of my pharynx. No runny nose. No fever, chills, night sweats. No enlarged lymph nodes. Could it be strep?

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.You are having pharyngitis but not sure which organism,so better get an ENT check up and culture of the sputum done then only you can come to know which organism.
