I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain as you have a sore throat it seems to be due to infection in throat which can be bacterial or viral in nature and infection in throat can lead to swollen lymph nodes under the jaw leading to Reactionary Lymphadenitis.. This is not an indication of cancer and you need not to worry as it will resolve gradually once the throat infection will improve.. You can take a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin, painkillers like Tylenol and do warm saline gargles. Do cold compresses over the lymph nodes.. In case if they do not show signs of improvement in one month a Biopsy /FNAC can be done to confirm the cause..
Hope this information helps..
