"As" per your clinical history is concerned Citrobacter koseri is a gram-negative, non-spore-forming bacillus. A complete course of antibiotics and do warm saline gargle three times a day. For pain and fever, you can take Paracetamol and take soft foods. Do follow preventive steps like this- 1)Try to clean your hands using soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. 2)Try to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. 3)Don't share your personal items like drinking glasses or eating utensils. Wash those items carefully in hot, soapy water or in a dishwasher.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
