What Causes Sore Throat/cough/swollen Glands/headache When Living In Cold Damp House?
Me and my girlfriend have been living in a cold damp house for 4nights, she has a sore throat and cough and I have swollen glands and a flu like headache, could this be do to living in this kind of environment? We have now moved out the house and into a hotel

Mostly you both are having viral respiratory infection ...Seems to be viral flu....
Symptomatic treatment done...
For blocked nose steam inhalation useful.
Decongestent can be taken...like oxymetazoline....
Simple analgesic useful for headache.
Avoid spicy and fatty food for few days.
Drink more water....
Avoid smoking.
If fever present then antibiotic taken...
Yes if you are not adopted to cold climate and if dual environmental wether present then it can lead such viral flu.
