What Causes Sore Throat, Cough With Blood And Phlegm?
My head hurts, my ears keep clicking/popping my throat is sore and is pussing, I can't swallow, my chest hurts to breath. I have a nasty cough with blood and phlegm and I have a migraine. What's wrong with me do I have a sinus infection and early onset of pneumonia?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat, cough with blood and phlegm which seems to be due to chest infection/ chronic upper respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry about blood in cough as it occurs sometimes due to sinus infection. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids. Apply mist humidifiers in room. Keep sipping warm water. You should visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get paranasal sinus x-ray done along with throat swab test and blood tests and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Take proper course of antibiotics. Avoid cold carbonated beverages.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
