What Causes Sore Throat, Headache And Lump On Neck?

I have a lump on the left side of my neck at the back just above my left shoulder for a month now. Last month, I had severe flu like symptoms (terrible body ache expecially the joints, pelvic area etc). I also seem to be suffering from headaches quite often now. Today, I have a sore throat and body ache. In the morning, I noticed blood in the sputum when i coughed up. what does these symptoms indicate?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some upper or lower respiratory tract infection. Your lump may be enlarged cervical lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia or tuberculosis. You should go for x ray chest and fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis.
