What Causes Sore Throat, Headache And Stinging Pain All Over The Body?

My 6 year old daughter was exposed to hand, foot, mouth 7 days ago and she has a fever of up to 103.4 today. She is also complaining of sore throat and headache. We have been giving her ibuprofen every 6 hours. My question is, she is saying it feels like something is biting or stinging her all over. Could this be from the fever?

Hello. This is both from the fever and a part of the viral syndrome itself. It all should be over with in a few days
