You should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist. Throat swab culture and sensitivity test will be helpful. You can take an antihistamine like cetrizine 10mg along with phenylephrine and paracetamol 500mg and an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg for relief.
