What Causes Sore Throat, Swollen Neck And Blood In Sputum While Having Goiter?

hello good evening i have hypothyroidism as well as a goiter. my weight fluctuates.also i amin really serious pain.my throat is burning i have no tonsils.my neck is extremly swollen i also have gerd. but my stool is dark like a black color i cough and hack all night and the other day i coughed up a huge blood tinged piece of meat and it was huge. i have extreme difficulty swallowing and my neck is huge .what could this be??

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints.As per your history, Please find my advice below-:
1)Start one antibiotic in injection Ceftriaxone once a day until 48 hours of infection control
2)Do check your full blood count with differential
3)Do chest X-ray to ruled out Lungs disorders
4)Do abdominal ultrasound scan
5)Do liver & kidney function test
6)Get a clinical check of heart and lungs by any doctor in your local area.
7)Check your TSH level and adjust dose
