What Causes Sore Throat While Breathing?
During the last few days I have been getting a painful throat not sore but painful and when I lean forward to say put my shoes on the pain us worse but gets better when I straighten up my ears are also a little painful but nit much also my throat feels a bit sore when I breath in and out what could it be ?

It's difficult to diagnose without examining, Based on your symptoms I think you could be having ear infection which is causing even pain in the throat. I advise you to consult ent specialist and get otoscopy done for proper diagnosis.
