Hello,
You are suffering from
sore throat and pain at the top of your legs. You feel tired and unable to sleep. You have a history of having Bartholin's
cyst removed by surgery. You dyed your hair and have developed
rash along the hair line. To get rid of the symptoms developed as a result of reaction to the rash you can take antihistamines, one at bed time for 3 (three) days.
It will help to reduce the spread of rash and also symptoms of inflammation and itching. Do not touch, scratch or pick / pop it. Gargle with warm salt water three times a day. Give voice rest and take warm soup and beverage. You can keep
cough lozenges in your mouth. Take sips of water and fluid throughout the day. Take
liquid diet so that you don't hurt your throat.
Avoid walking too much since you have had surgery for Bartholin's cyst, you may experience discomfort or pain while walking or sitting post - surgery. Stay at rest. Take
Combiflam or
Naproxen, one SOS when needed to get relieve from pain and inflammation. Since you are feeling tired all the time make sure that you take quality sleep at night and stop skipping meals. Take home made food rich in minerals and high in protein. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
