What Causes Sore Throat With Pins And Needles In Hand?

I have a pins and needles feeling in my hands with little red bumps and my face is starting to break out in some sort of lesion not pimples and my throat feels like razor blades with white splotches I was on the floor sick yesterday shivering cold didn t want to move at all drank some neocitrin last night felt better today but these other symptoms showed up went to the doctor and was told that my throat is strept but the bumps and pins and needles don t go with it

Pins and needle sensation on the hands suggests nerve related pathology,
Irritation or inflammation of the nerves can lead to this type of sensation.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
Bumps on face are very non-specific.
These bumps could be due to boils, infection of the hair follicle, or other soft tissue swellings.
A clinical assessment of these lesions is required.
