What Causes Sore Throat,neck Pain And Burning Sensation In The Eyes?

For over a week now my eyes are burning, I have neck pain, and a sore throat - feels like through my sinus passages. I even feel like I am getting sores in my mouth. It feels like dehydration but I am drinking PLENTY of clear fluids during the day. I don t have congestion and no sinus pressure.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptom that you have may be due to some allergic condition and it can be well managed with Tab Loratadine with Acetaminophen for dose age and gender information is needed which is not given here advise may differs accordingly hope this information helps.
