Hi!
Welcome to health care magic!
I am Dr. Saddiq Ul Abidin. I have read your problem in detail and will try to help you in best way possible.
The symtoms you discussed are more related to
gastroenteritis or enteric tract infection.
The bleeding or change of color of tongue can be monitored for a while. If there is active persisatnt bleeding you would need a proper examination by oral surgeon and you may be asked for clotting profile or
complete blood count for platelets etc. If it has stopped, you can wait and see.
If fever is persistent and not resolved, you may need anti pyretics like
acetaminophen alongwith some antibiotic which can cover infections of gastrointestinal tract infections like
ciprofloxacin after discussing with your GP.
If loose motions are still present, kindly make sure that you orally rehydrate yourself with ORS regularly as that will compensate for both
dehydration and electrolytes loss. For vomiting you can use
domperidone or other anti emetics.
Use
soft diet, and avoid greasy, fatty or high protein diets for few days.
Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. kindly rate me before closing, and leave your feedback if possible.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ul abidin.
