Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms hoarse voice can be due to Acid reflux as chronic acid reflux can cause Laryngitis.
Sore tongue also known as Glossitis can occur due to acid reflux as acid can cause irritation of tongue as well as glossitis can occur de to
nutritional deficiency or iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid and as you already have
low Haemoglobin level that is just 5.5 while it should be around 12 to 14 mg/dl and it seems to be the most common probable cause of glossitis and fatigue in your case..
You should consult a general physician and get evaluated and get a latest Haemoglobin percentage done and if he haemoglobin levels are low
Iron supplements can be advised..
For acid reflux you can be advised to take
Proton Pump Inhibitors like
Pantoprazole, Omeprazole and antacids like Digene..
Avoid acidic and spicy foods.
Drink plenty of water to dilute the acid..
Take food atleast 2 to 3 hours before sleeping and take a short walk after meals..
Sleep with head slightly raised as compared to legs.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
