What Causes Sore Vagina In Child?
my 3 year old granddaughter often gets sent home from preschool having complianed about having a sore bottom. this is her name for her vagina. there is no reddness or discharge. she has been checked for worms by her doctor and this was clear. have you any ideas.thankyou christine

Hi... I think she should undergo urine examination and also local examination for any redness or discharge. Also you need to ask her detail history about any high risk behavior or about abuse.Though it is a bit difficult to do but early detection is important.
